Yotta Valued at ₹37,000 Crore After Fresh Growth Capital Raise

AI infrastructure and data centre company Yotta Data Services has raised approximately $150 million in fresh growth capital from non-institutional investors, valuing the company at around ₹37,000 crore. The funding will be used to strengthen the company’s balance sheet and support the next phase of its artificial intelligence and digital infrastructure expansion.

According to the company, the capital was raised over the past few months and consists entirely of primary investment, with no promoter offer for sale (OFS). Yotta stated that the entire amount will be invested directly into the business to accelerate growth and expand its AI infrastructure capabilities.

The company said its strong valuation reflects solid business fundamentals, long-term contracted revenues, and confidence in its execution capabilities. It also expects its valuation to grow further as it increases infrastructure capacity and secures additional customer contracts.

Yotta added that it continues to receive interest from long-term institutional investors who share its vision of building world-class AI and digital infrastructure from India. At the same time, the company confirmed that its pre-IPO and initial public offering (IPO) plans remain on track, although it has not announced a specific timeline.

The latest fundraise comes at a time when demand for AI computing infrastructure and data centre services is growing rapidly across industries. With the fresh capital infusion, Yotta aims to strengthen its position in India’s expanding AI ecosystem and support the country’s growing digital transformation needs through advanced infrastructure and scalable technology solutions.
