Leaked Hands-On Images Reveal Vivo S2’s Silk White Design Ahead of Indian Debut

Live images and video leaks have revealed the upcoming Vivo S2 in its “Silk White” finish ahead of the smartphone’s official launch in India. Marking the revival of Vivo’s S-series in the Indian market after nearly six years, the hands-on media showcases a pearlescent, curved rear panel featuring a pill-shaped camera module with dual lenses and a circular aura light. Reports indicate the Silk White variant measures 8.10mm in thickness and weighs 199 grams, offering a premium in-hand feel alongside additional leaked colorways such as Sapphire Blue and Regal Bronze. According to industry tipsters and preliminary retailer listings, the device will sport a 6.83-inch 3D curved 1.5K AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 7360 processor paired with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of onboard storage. For photography, the handset is tipped to feature a 50-megapixel primary camera with optical image stabilization (OIS) and a 32-megapixel front shooter. Underneath, the phone is expected to pack a 7,050mAh battery supporting 44W fast charging, along with IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance. With an official Amazon microsite already live, the Vivo S2 is expected to launch in early August with a starting price point estimated between ₹40,000 and ₹45,000.
