Dalmia Bharat Contributes ₹3 Crore to Chief Minister’s Relief Fund

As Assam continues to face the impact of floods, Dalmia Bharat Limited (DBL) has mobilised support for affected communities, contributing ₹3 crore to the Assam Chief Minister’s Relief Fund. The contribution was handed over to Hon’ble Chief Minister of Assam, Shri Himanta Biswa Sarma, towards strengthening the state’s ongoing relief and rehabilitation efforts.
Alongside the contribution, Dalmia Bharat has initiated on-ground relief efforts for families affected by the floods across Jorhat, Sivasagar and Charaideo. Company employees have come forward to work closely with local authorities and community stakeholders, supporting the distribution of humanitarian relief kits containing essential supplies to help meet the immediate needs of affected families.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Dharmender Tuteja, Sr. Executive Director, Dalmia Bharat Limited, said:” Dalmia Bharat stands with the people of Assam during this difficult period. Our thoughts are with every family affected by the floods, and we pray for their safety and well-being. As relief efforts continue across the impacted districts, Dalmia Bharat will continue to work closely with local authorities and community partners to provide timely support to affected families.
