Shyam Metalics takes Durga Puja campaign beyond festivities with community-focused ‘Shakti Ek, Roop Anek’

Shyam Metalics has launched ‘Shakti Ek, Roop Anek’, a Durga Puja campaign combining brand engagement, cultural experiences and community initiatives across Kolkata and Bengal. Built around the values of Shakti, Suraksha and Samvedana, the campaign celebrates hope, memories and care through interactive installations and social outreach.

The Wall of Shakti, crafted using SEL Tiger TMT Bars and featuring Maa Durga, invites visitors to share their wishes, with the company promising to fulfil selected aspirations under its “Sapne Pure Honge” initiative. The Shakti Tunnel will showcase Bengal’s art and cultural heritage through visual displays and interactive selfie experiences.

The company will also establish Shakti Booths at 30 Durga Puja pandals across Bengal, providing resting spaces for Bengal Police personnel and collecting public appreciation messages. The principal campaign experiences will be hosted at Mudiali Club, New Town Sarbojanin Durgotsab Samiti and Tala Barowari Durgotsab Samiti.

Shyam Metalics Director of Corporate Affairs, External Relations and CSR Sumit Chakraborty said the initiative reflects the company’s commitment to social responsibility, while COO Nirmal Uday highlighted its focus on making festive experiences more inclusive and meaningful.

In Guwahati, the campaign highlights how businesses can use Assam’s major festivals, including Durga Puja and Bihu, to strengthen consumer engagement through cultural participation and community-focused initiatives. Such approaches can help brands build local relevance beyond conventional advertising.
