Almond demand climbs ahead of Yoga Day as health-focused consumers drive market uptick

As International Yoga Day approaches, the almond market is witnessing a notable uptick driven by rising health consciousness and demand for natural, protein-rich foods. With studies highlighting the benefits of almonds for muscle recovery and exercise performance, the nut is being increasingly embraced by fitness enthusiasts and wellness advocates across urban markets.
