During the 6th National Social Work Week in 2025, the Birangana Sati Sadhani Raijyik Biswavidyalaya’s Department of Social Work in Golaghat hosted a blood drive. Students and staff members attended the camp, which was opened with a lamp-lighting ceremony. Professor G. Singaiah, the vice chancellor, underlined the value of cooperation and solidarity in advancing the country, society, and humanity. He stated, “Instead of thinking independently, we must sincerely collaborate in order to improve society, solve different problems, and guarantee human well-being. Working together may enable everything and open the door to achievement in every field. In order to serve the nation and society, the vice chancellor further urged everyone to work together.
He gave his word that the university would work with individuals from various backgrounds to achieve its social obligations.
