In a major step toward accessible and stigma-free fertility care, Birla Fertility & IVF, part of the CKA Birla Group, has launched Fertility Circle (1800 123 1515) — India’s first toll-free support line offering confidential, unrecorded fertility counselling. Available nationwide in English and Hindi from Monday to Friday (9 AM–6 PM), the initiative provides expert, judgment-free guidance for individuals and couples navigating fertility-related concerns.
With 51 centres across 38 cities and 18 states, Birla Fertility & IVF is one of India’s top three fertility networks. The launch follows internal research indicating that over 90% of individuals facing fertility issues experience emotional strain, but only 29% seek timely help. Fertility Circle bridges this gap by offering free access to trained counsellors — with no pressure, no cost, and full confidentiality.
In Guwahati, where demand for fertility solutions is steadily growing, healthcare experts see the helpline as a much-needed addition to the market. Local clinics welcome this initiative for encouraging early intervention and breaking social taboos around reproductive health.
