Godrej Jersey has launched its ambitious 3×3 Leapfrog Strategy for FY26, aiming to strengthen its presence in the South Indian dairy market with a focus on three key products—Badam Milk, Paneer, and Curd. The company plans to drive growth through household penetration, market expansion, and product innovation, targeting ₹1,000 crore in topline revenue in Telangana within two years.

CEO Bhupendra Suri emphasized that the strategy would accelerate market expansion and reinforce leadership in the value-added products (VAP) segment. The brand is leveraging celebrity endorsements, featuring Rana Daggubati for Badam Milk and Chef Teja of Vismai Foods for Paneer, to boost market presence.

With premium dairy demand rising in Guwahati, Godrej Jersey could explore this growing market by expanding its modern trade and quick commerce channels. The city’s evolving consumer preferences align with the brand’s high-quality dairy offerings. Godrej Jersey is also enhancing R&D spending by 50%, expanding its distribution to 20,000 outlets in Telangana, and aiming for Badam Milk to become a ₹100 crore brand within two years. The company’s innovation-driven approach positions it for long-term growth in India’s competitive dairy sector.
