In a special Instagram video, Chef Harpal demonstrates how to make naturally colorful Thandai using Godrej Jersey Milk, eliminating artificial dyes while preserving rich flavors.

With growing consumer awareness about food quality, the campaign highlights how natural ingredients can replace synthetic colors. Chef Harpal creates Thandai in four vibrant shades—saffron yellow, rose pink, pistachio green, and blueberry blue—using only natural elements. “Holihai, doston!
