Global Health Limited (Medanta), a leading private multi-specialty healthcare provider in North and East India, posted a strong Q4 FY25 performance with total income rising 14% year-on-year to INR 9,542 million. EBITDA surged 20% to INR 2,476 million, delivering healthy margins of 26%. The company announced its maiden dividend of 25% (INR 0.50 per share), reflecting confidence in sustained growth. For the full fiscal year, total income grew 12.6% to INR 37,714 million, with EBITDA at INR 9,562 million and adjusted PAT of INR 5,186 million.
Medanta continues aggressive expansion with 219 new beds added during FY25 and plans to open a 550-bed facility in Noida by Q2 FY26. New projects in Mumbai, Pitampura, Ranchi, and Guwahati will further bolster its pan-India footprint.

As Northeast India’s healthcare needs evolve, Medanta’s upcoming Guwahati hospital is poised to serve patients tapping into this expanding market.
