The Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) conducted a Rashtriya Karmayogi Seva-Bhav training session on Tuesday under the Capacity Building Commission (CBC) initiative, reinforcing the government’s focus on modernizing public service through Mission Karmayogi. The program aims to equip officials with leadership skills, accountability, and a citizen-centric approach to governance.
MSDE Secretary Atul Kumar Tiwari highlighted the transformative impact of the initiative, said, “Skilling is not just about individuals – it’s about empowering institutions, strengthening governance, and ensuring that every decision we take aligns with the larger goal of national development. This session reaffirmed our commitment to proactive leadership and transforming governance into a purpose-driven, people-first mission. I extend my gratitude to our Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi for his vision of Mission Karmayogi, which is modernizing civil services and equipping officials with the right mindset and skills to drive India towards Viksit Bharat @2047.”
Led by Pritam Dutta, Director, MSDE, who was trained as a Master Trainer under Phase-I, the session at Kaushal Bhawan, New Delhi, engaged officials through structured modules emphasizing collaboration, problem-solving, and real-world governance challenges. The initiative holds significant relevance for business hubs like Guwahati, where improved administrative efficiency can streamline market regulations, boost trade, and enhance public service delivery. With better governance, industries in Guwahati stand to benefit from skill-based workforce development and stronger institutional support. As the training expands, the Rashtriya Karmayogi Seva-Bhav Program is set to create a more responsive, transparent, and growth-oriented public administration across India.
