Nissan Motor India has raised the bar in the B-SUV market with the launch of its industry-first 10-Year Extended Warranty Plan for the New Nissan Magnite, recently awarded a Global NCAP 5-star rating for adult occupant safety. The plan, aimed at boosting consumer confidence and long-term brand loyalty, covers up to 10 years or 2 lakh kilometres at a cost of just 22 paise per km or INR 12 per day.
The scheme is available exclusively for vehicles with a 3-year standard warranty and offers flexible options such as 3+7, 3+4, 3+3, 3+2, and 3+1 years. Full protection is provided for seven years, followed by engine and transmission coverage for the remaining three. Customers benefit from unlimited cashless repairs at authorised Nissan service centres, with financing available through Nissan Finance.
The Magnite’s 5-star safety rating, combined with predictable ownership expenses, could make it an attractive proposition in the city’s steadily expanding SUV market. “This initiative empowers customers to enjoy their journeys without financial worry,” said Saurabh Vatsa, MD, Nissan Motor India, reaffirming the brand’s commitment to value-driven growth.
