Nissan Motor India Pvt. Ltd. (NMIPL) has expanded its footprint in Rajasthan with the launch of five new customer touchpoints across Jaipur, Udaipur, and Ajmer, taking its total network in the state to 19 and 283 nationwide. The move underscores Nissan’s commitment to enhancing accessibility and delivering premium customer experiences in high-growth regional markets.
The new facilities include a showroom and a 20,000 sq. ft. service workshop in Jaipur, a 10,000 sq. ft. integrated 3S facility in Udaipur, and a 4,000 sq. ft. showroom in Ajmer. These state-of-the-art centres are designed to provide seamless sales and service experiences, aligning with Nissan’s strategy to strengthen its presence in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities.
The expansion comes alongside the rollout of a government-approved CNG retrofitment kit for the New Nissan Magnite, priced at ₹74,999, targeting the rising demand for greener fuel options. In Guwahati, a key hub in the Northeast, market observers view this expansion as a signal for similar growth strategies. With increasing consumer interest in compact SUVs and sustainable mobility, stakeholders anticipate that Nissan’s moves in Rajasthan may soon be mirrored in markets like Guwahati, where demand for affordable, feature-rich vehicles is accelerating.
