Škoda Auto hits 300 touchpoints in India, strengthens presence in tier 2 and 3 markets

Škoda Auto India has crossed the milestone of 300 customer touchpoints across 172 cities, further reinforcing its commitment to deeper market penetration and customer-centric growth. The expansion aligns with the brand’s robust performance in H1 2025, when it posted its highest-ever half-yearly sales in India, while also marking 25 years of operations in the country.

The strategic focus lies in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities, which now account for 75% of the total touchpoints. Over the last nine months alone, Škoda has entered more than 30 new cities, enhancing accessibility to models like the Kylaq, Kushaq, Slavia, and Kodiaq. The service network is now capable of handling 5.5 lakh vehicles annually.

With rising demand for compact and mid-size SUVs, local dealerships anticipate increased footfall and faster service delivery, aligning with Škoda’s promise of consistent quality and convenience. Škoda Auto India’s growth strategy is backed by long-term dealer partnerships and value-driven offerings such as complimentary SuperCare maintenance, ensuring long-term ownership satisfaction.
