Truecaller unveils AI message IDs to revolutionize SMS experience; boosts trust and clarity in Guwahati

Truecaller, the global communications platform, has launched its AI-powered Message IDs across India and 30 other countries, marking a major leap in SMS management. The feature, powered by advanced AI and Large Language Models (LLMs), intelligently scans users’ inboxes on-device—ensuring privacy—while instantly identifying important business messages like OTPs, payment reminders, flight updates, and delivery alerts.

By summarizing key content and flagging urgent updates, Message IDs eliminate SMS clutter and ensure users never miss a critical message. The tool supports multiple languages, including Hindi, Swahili, and Spanish, and is available to both premium and non-premium users. With just two permissions—Read SMS and Display Over Other Apps—users are instantly notified about what truly matters.
