TVS Apache marks 20 years with limited-edition lineup, targets growing premium motorcycle market

TVS Motor Company has rolled out a special 20th anniversary edition of its flagship Apache motorcycle range, introducing limited-edition variants across the Apache RTR 160, 180, 200, RTR 310 and RR310, along with premium upgrades in the RTR 160 4V and 200 4V trims.

The anniversary models feature an exclusive black-champagne-gold livery, dual-tone alloy wheels, and a first-ever USB charger on Apache bikes. The new top-end RTR 160 4V and 200 4V variants debut advanced features such as Class-D projector headlamps with LED DRLs, a 5-inch connected TFT cluster with SmartXonnect and voice assist, traction control, assist and slipper clutch, and new colour options. Prices start at ₹1.28 lakh for the RTR 160 4V and ₹1.59 lakh for the RTR 200 4V (ex-showroom Delhi). In Guwahati, dealers anticipate robust demand for the new Apache range, with the city’s youth segment driving sales of premium commuter and sports motorcycles. Industry observers note that customers in Assam’s capital are increasingly aligning with national trends, preferring advanced safety, connectivity, and racing-inspired design in two-wheelers. K N Radhakrishnan, Director and CEO of TVS Motor, said the milestone “belongs to every member of the Apache community,” reaffirming the company’s global strategy of innovation and market expansion.
