TVS Motor Company has officially entered the adventure rally tourer segment with the launch of the all-new TVS Apache RTX, priced at an introductory ₹1,99,000. Built on the next-gen TVS RT-XD4 engine platform, the 299.1 cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine produces 36 PS at 9,000 rpm and 28.5 Nm torque at 7,000 rpm, delivering a blend of racing performance and touring comfort. The motorcycle features four ride modes—Urban, Rain, Tour, and Rally—alongside advanced technology including a 5-inch TFT display with Bluetooth connectivity, bi-directional quickshifter, cruise control, and tyre pressure monitoring system.
Designed for adventure enthusiasts, the RTX boasts a steel trellis frame, long-travel suspension, rally-inspired ergonomics, and modular mounts for luggage and guards, making it suitable for both off-road trails and long-distance touring. Signature DRL lighting, modern aesthetics, and intuitive rider interfaces further enhance its appeal.
In Guwahati, the launch has sparked strong interest among urban adventure riders, with local dealers reporting significant pre-bookings. The city’s growing community of motorcycle enthusiasts views the Apache RTX as a perfect mix of performance, style, and touring versatility for regional and interstate explorations. Gaurav Gupta, President – 2W India Business, said, “The Apache RTX is built to inspire new riders while carrying forward the legacy of over six million Apache riders globally.”
