TVS Motor delivers two iQube electric scooters to the Governorate of Vatican City State

TVS Motor Company has delivered two TVS iQube electric scooters to the Governorate of Vatican City State, marking a fresh step in its global sustainable mobility push. The official handover took place on February 5 as part of an ongoing collaboration between the Vatican and Exelentia, a specialist in last-mile mobility solutions. The initiative, driven by Exelentia in partnership with TVS Motor Italia, supports the Vatican’s ecological transition towards zero-emission mobility. The electric scooters are aimed at meeting daily operational needs within the historic and sensitive environment of Vatican City, where efficiency, reliability and environmental respect are key priorities.

Giovanni Notarbartolo di Furnari, General Manager, TVS Motor Italia, said the deployment in “a prestigious setting such as the Vatican validates our vision for urban electric mobility.” Giovanni Zappia, Founder and Owner of Exelentia, said the partnership strengthens its commitment to reliable mobility suited to institutional contexts. The TVS iQube offers up to 100 km range in eco mode and features SmartXonnect technology with TFT display and app connectivity. It combines riding comfort, functional technology, zero emissions and silent performance.

The Vatican deployment enhances the iQube’s global credibility, which could positively influence premium electric scooter demand in emerging urban centres like Guwahati. With rising interest in clean mobility and expanding charging infrastructure, the endorsement may strengthen brand perception among environmentally conscious buyers in the Northeast market.
