Rasna Chairman Piruz Khambatta launches book on Zoroastrian success principles

Piruz Areez Khambatta, Chairman of Rasna Group, has launched his new book Ashoi: The Zoroastrian Art of Success and Immortality while also unveiling an entrepreneurial fund aimed at supporting emerging business leaders and startups. The book launch was held at The Taj Mahal Palace in the presence of Kiren Rijiju, Rajya Sabha MP Milind Deora, Justice (Retd.) Shahrukh J. Kathawalla, Vada Dasturji Khurshed Dastoor, and several business leaders and members of the Parsi community.

Khambatta said the book brings over 3,000 years of Zoroastrian wisdom into a practical modern framework focused on integrity, discipline, leadership and ethical living. The publication outlines 51 principles linked to personal growth, family values, business leadership and long-term success. According to Khambatta, the teachings are not limited to religion but are intended to serve as a guide for meaningful living and nation-building. Alongside the launch, an entrepreneurial fund was announced in knowledge partnership with the World Zarathushti Chamber of Commerce. Backed by Parsi business leaders, the initiative will provide mentorship, strategic guidance and financial support to early-stage ventures, while encouraging talented youth to build enterprises in India under the vision of ‘Viksit Bharat 2047’ championed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

In Guwahati, the initiative highlights the rising focus on ethics-driven entrepreneurship and startup mentorship in India. Entrepreneurs and trade circles in Guwahati believe such initiatives could encourage youth in the Northeast to pursue innovation-led businesses and attract greater investment interest in emerging regional enterprises.
