Godrej Industries Group has partnered with The Global Centre for Healthy Workplaces (GCHW) and Arogya World to host the prestigious Global Healthy Workplace Summit & Awards 2025 on November 20–21 at Godrej One, Mumbai. This marks the first time the globally recognised summit will be held in India, bringing together international health experts, business leaders, and policymakers to set new benchmarks in workplace wellness.
The two-day summit will focus on holistic employee well-being, covering key themes such as NCD prevention, mental health, AI integration, ESG alignment, and proven wellness strategies like Arogya World’s MyThali, Tobacco-Free Workplace, and Lifestyle Coach programs. The event will also announce the winners of the 2025 Global Healthy Workplace Awards.
Ajay Bhatt of Godrej emphasized the importance of creating future-ready, people-centric organizations. GCHW’s Barry Crisp and Arogya World’s Srabani Banerjee echoed the need for data-driven, responsible workplace health models. In Guwahati, where a growing number of corporates and SMEs are embracing employee well-being as a business strategy, the summit is likely to act as a catalyst. Regional industries are expected to explore structured health programs to boost retention, performance, and align with global health-conscious practices.
