Geoquest emerges as new identity of Terre Armée, sets sights on global expansion and sustainable growth

In a strategic move aimed at reinforcing its global identity and diversified portfolio, Terre Armée has rebranded itself as Geoquest. The new name reflects the company’s evolution beyond its pioneering Reinforced Earth® solutions into a comprehensive provider of geosynthetics, hydraulic engineering, geohazard mitigation, and sustainable infrastructure technologies.

Despite the rebranding, Terre Armée® will remain a key component of the product offering, continuing to symbolize technical excellence in soil-structure interaction. With annual revenues surpassing €330 million in 2024, Geoquest enters this new chapter from a position of strength.

Somnath Biswas, Managing Director of Geoquest India, stated, “The name Geoquest underscores our commitment to innovation and sustainability while aligning with our global ambitions.” As a subsidiary of Soletanche Freyssinet (VINCI Construction), Geoquest remains dedicated to quality, environment-conscious engineering, and long-term infrastructure performance in both domestic and international markets.
