Mahindra’s Truck and Bus Division (MTBD) has inaugurated a cutting-edge dealership in Lakhimpur, Assam, following a 46% CAGR volume growth over the past three years. The facility features four service bays, capable of servicing over ten vehicles daily, along with driver lodging and 24-hour breakdown assistance. The dealership also offers AdBlue, a fluid that reduces nitrogen oxide emissions in diesel engines.
Dr. Venkat Srinivas, Business Head of MTBD, highlighted the division’s No. 3 position in the Indian commercial vehicle market and the introduction of new models like BLAZO X, FURIO, and CRUZIO, which come with best-in-class mileage guarantees. He emphasized the promise of increased profitability for transporters through their re-launched Mileage Guarantee.
Mr. Sateesh Machiraju, Head of Sales & Customer Care, showcased the advanced telematics solution iMAXX, which offers real-time monitoring of vehicle performance. MTBD also guarantees vehicle uptime with compensation for delays, reinforcing its commitment to customer service and continuous product innovation.
