Homegrown consumer technology brand MIVI has entered the smartphone market with the launch of its first handset, the Mivi One 5G, which will go on sale exclusively on Flipkart during the Big Billion Days festive sale.
The smartphone will be available at an effective price of ₹11,999 for the 4GB RAM + 128GB storage variant, while the 6GB + 128GB and 8GB + 128GB variants will be priced at ₹13,499 and ₹14,999, respectively. The prices include applicable bank/UPI offers and are subject to Flipkart and partner-bank terms. Early access begins at midnight on October 8 for eligible Flipkart Plus, VIP and Black members and eligible cardholders, with open access from October 9.
Powered by the 4nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 5G platform, the Mivi One 5G features a 6.75-inch HD+ 120Hz display, 50MP dual-camera setup, 8MP front camera and a 6000mAh battery with 18W fast charging. It runs Stock Android 16 and offers IP64 protection, a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and MIVI Clear Talk technology.
In Guwahati, the ₹11,999 entry price could position the handset competitively in the budget 5G segment, particularly during the festive shopping season when demand for affordable smartphones typically receives a boost.
MIVI Chief Business Officer Himanshu Tandon said the smartphone marks an important milestone for the company as it enters the category, with the Flipkart partnership aimed at taking the product to consumers nationwide.
