Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), India’s largest IT services company, has expanded its partnership with global technology leader ABB to transform the company’s global network operations through a multi-million, multi-year agreement. Under the new collaboration, TCS will move beyond infrastructure and application management to provide end-to-end global network operations through an integrated Network-as-a-Service model.
The financial details of the agreement have not been disclosed. However, the partnership is expected to play a key role in helping ABB enhance operational efficiency, improve user experience, strengthen cybersecurity and compliance, and scale its digital service delivery capabilities.
At the centre of the collaboration is ABB’s Future Network Model programme, an enterprise-wide initiative aimed at transforming its global network into a standardised, centrally managed digital infrastructure. Through this partnership, TCS will support ABB in building a more agile, secure, and future-ready network environment.
The expanded engagement highlights the growing importance of artificial intelligence, automation, and advanced digital technologies in modern business operations. TCS will leverage its expertise in network management and digital transformation to help ABB accelerate its next-generation technology initiatives.
The partnership between the two companies reflects a shared focus on innovation and operational excellence, with the goal of creating a more efficient and resilient digital ecosystem to support ABB’s global operations.
